I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping people heal from disconnection and rediscover a sense of wholeness. My style is calm, warm, and interactive - a balance between reflection and active support.I integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy and Depth Psychology, exploring both the conscious and unconscious layers of your story. Together, we skow down, notice emotional patterns, and reconnect you to the parts of yourself that know how to love, trust, and feel safe.Healing is not about fixing what's broken - it's about remembering what was never lost.We will work collaboratively to explore patterns of protection, fear, or disconnection and replace them with awareness, compassion, and trust.My approach honors both your emotional intelligence and inner wisdom. By combining depth work with neuroscience-informed practices, we create lasting change that begins from the inside out.As the Clinical Director of Olive Tree Life Counseling and Consulting, I offer a Monday afternoon weekly women's support group in person at our Oxnard, California office.
